ZERO WASTE PATTERN MAKING
"Recycling Old Sarees into Zero-Waste Dresses" transforms traditional sarees into contemporary fashion without waste. Utilizing zero-waste pattern making, each saree is crafted into multiple new garments, extending fabric life and reducing textile waste, aligning with sustainable practices and supporting environmental conservation.
DIGITAL COUTURE
This project focuses on exploring CLO 3D and Style3D to create digital patterns and 3D renders of fashion outfits. By leveraging these advanced design tools, I developed intricate patterns and lifelike virtual garments, experimenting with various fabrics, textures, and styles. The project highlights my ability to seamlessly blend traditional fashion design with cutting-edge digital technology, showcasing my skills in 3D fashion design and rendering.
DISSERTATION
My dissertation investigates the role of digitization in the fashion industry, questioning its longevity as either a fleeting trend or a lasting future. I analyze how digital technologies are reshaping fashion, from enhancing sustainability to democratizing access, while also considering the challenges they pose, such as the potential loss of tactile quality and an expanding digital divide. My work advocates for a balanced approach to digital innovation, emphasizing the need for collaboration to ensure a responsible and forward-thinking fashion industry.
TECHTWILL
The Tech Twill project explores smart textiles in athleisure and activewear, integrating advanced technologies like UV reactive, thermochromic, and 3D printed fabrics into stylish, functional clothing. The aim is to create a sustainable product line that enhances performance, comfort, and eco-friendliness. By analyzing market trends and competitors, the project seeks to position Tech Twill as a leader in innovative, ethical smart fashion.​
RAJMUDRA
The "Rajamudra" Autumn/Winter 2025-26 collection combines the regal power of iconic female rulers with modern boldness. Crafted from luxurious fabrics like velvet, silk, and brocade, the collection features dramatic silhouettes and rich jewel tones, perfect for commanding evening wear. Embracing historical motifs and contemporary trends, "Rajamudra" offers timeless elegance and confidence.
PRISMATIC WAVE
This streetwear collection is inspired by classic arcade games from the 90s. I played video games in the arcade and the light and atmosphere reminds me of Vaporwave. vapourwave includes early internet imagery, late 1990s web design, glitch art, animation, 3Drendered objects, and cyberpunk imagery on its covers and music videos. All colors and prints reflect the same thing.
